Bea wanted her front garden to be tidy and bright, and planted to allow a good strong light to be reflected into her basement flat which she was looking to let out. We tightened up the boundaries, dug over and levelled, landscape fabriced and limestone chipped the whole area, and planted a selection which would provide year round interest with a dry garden aesthetic and practise.
